Meet The Team

Naomi - Therapist
I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and am neuro-diversity affirming; this means I do not see neurodivergence as a problem to be fixed, but I see each person as their own unique self. As someone who has mixed heritage background, and who sits within the autism spectrum, I am particularly keen to help others who may feel like they don’t really fit in; I aim to work in a way that helps you to realise your own full potential – whatever that may look like!
I am a qualified therapist and hold a PGDip at Level 7 for Counselling Children and Young People, and am currently completing my MSc research. I also studied Psychology BSc (Hons) and have a PGCert in Health Psychology.

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor so will be guided by whatever you wish to bring. I draw on the theories of Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Therapy and will tailor my approach to meet your needs. I have experience of working with adults and young people from all different backgrounds and will create a safe and confidential space to get to know you. I will listen to you without judgement and will help you to explore the difficulties you are facing. I am in my final year of qualification for the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am studying with Banbury Counselling Academy. I have student membership of the BACP and work within its Ethical Framework.
